Apprentice: Episode 8

So Noor is finally gone. Alan Sugar lined her up and, when it came to the boardroom he didn't give her a chance. Poor Noor, she was making plans on who she would take in there with her, but in the end ,for the first time in the history of the Apprentice I think, someone was fired before going in.

She came for the king, and missed. The king here being Trey. How on earth she thought she would be able to take down Trey is anyone's guess. She was delusional if she thought anyone was going to fire Trey over her.

Even the stoic Karen was defending him.

To be fair Trey wasn't being totally amiable with Noor. There seems to be some history between them and it came out in this task.

Noors big mistake wasn't just putting Trey, and award winning producer uncharged of the commercial. If it had gone wrong she could have blamed him.In the end she set herself to fail, although even at the end, in the black cab on the way home, she still believed she was right.

Trey and Rachel, two of the most intelligent contestants on the show, realising that Noor wouldn't listen, ensured that they had her incompetence recorded

“ So Noor, to make it clear , it's your decision , against our advice , to go ahead with this completely bonkers idea”

“Yes, I've got a vision and am gonna stand by it”

Guilty as charged.

On the other team, mild manner Dr.Paul had all his ideas steamrolled from crazy blue eyes Maura. To be fair their advert had all the basics needed and at least had the electric van that was to be shown ,moving.

Flo seems to have taken a back seat, and is now relegated to making contortions with her face. Phil the baker survived again, after losing 10 times now? He is one lucky boy.

The remaining candidates are quiet strong, but Rachel and Trey seem to be thr strongest competitors, but we'll see next week.
