Brief summary of the item: Apple's 5.5 Generation Video Ipod
Good Points: Large storage, good sound and video, battery life actually comes close to the stated limit.
Bad Points: Dodgy build quality, scratches easily, crashes alot. Pc software is buggy. From other reviews, I fully expect it to die in a year!
General Comments: Not really worth the money. Go for creative's version instead, specs looks better.

Good Points: Huge memory space.
Holds upto 7500 songs.
Easy to use.
Battery live is great for music and videos.

Bad Points: Only comes with a pc sync cable to charge. Have to buy separate AC charger.
Battery live gets sapped when playing games.

General Comments: I've had this for about a month now and think it is a great bit of kit. I've been fortunate in that although I use it every day I haven't had one crash or lock up yet.
It can be a bit laborious having to use iTunes to manage it but once you get used to it thats not so bad. Despite the bad press, it is possible to use several different computers to manage your music collection.
It would be nice to see the next iPod handle playlists directly, instead of having to use iTunes to do this.

Overall, a nice bit of kit and well worth the money.
