Relevant Information: Brindley Place, Birmingham Brief summary of the item: Smart, modern, med food with a michelin Star chef too! Good Points: Service was excellent. Food was delicious. Location is brilliant. Waiters are gorgeous! Cheap before 7pm! Bad Points: quite quiet in the early evening. General Comments: This resturant is perfect for groups and individuals. It is modern but tastefully decorated and ideally located in the centrally situated Brindley Place - Just seconds aways from great bars and the bright lights of broad street and a short walk from the conference centres for Regis, the Jury's Inn and the Orange Studios. The food was wonderfully varied combining traditional Italian and Spanish food with Modern European fusion styles. We arrived just before 7 which allowed us to take advantage of the very reasonably priced early menu. At the time it cost us 15.95 for two courses! The waiters were attentive and courtieous and we felt well looked after but not smothered. This resturant also has a great view of le Petit Blanc, Raymond Blanc's swish bistro, with it's open kithen and sushi style service. Pleasant and relaxed with great food, great wine, huge variety and all at prices that won't leave you wishing you'd walked - a definate hit! User reviews
