Brief summary of the item: This is a network attached external hard drive from Buffalo. Its a very smart looking box and does exactly as it says on the tin! Good Points: My 300Gb version has been running non-stop for the last 6 months, not a murmour of getting tired. Its running over the local network and also acting as a file server over a VPN so it does a lot of work! Bad Points: The fan could be a little quieter, but hey, its still a lot quieter than having another PC permanently switched on. General Comments: A great buy if you want to access files over a network, or even just to use as a standard external drive.
