Good Points: When it works it's great.
Bad Points: Customer Service, Technical Support, Reliability
General Comments: I used Tiscali for 12 months. For the last 12 months I had no Broadband service. Tiscali kept telling me there was a fault with my BT line. I had BT engineers check it over and over again finding to fault. In the end I left Tiscali and went to BT. My line worked with no problems.
Good Points: When it works it's great.
Bad Points: Customer Service, Technical Support, Reliability
