Relevant Information: Author = Stuart Anslow Brief summary of the item: Discussion on the "true" applications of the Tuls, the patterns of Taekwondo. Recommended by Sensei Iain Abernethy who is a pioneer of Karate Kata application Good Points: Clear. Thorough. Well written. Captivating. Bad Points: None General Comments: A great help for students in understanding their patterns, their "true" applications and their histories and unique philosophies. I can see this being of great benefit in my future TKD and gradings in particular. User reviews

Good Points: Thoughtful, logical views on the methodology behind the pattern applications which has been long overlooked along with the very interesting historical background. The fact the book is also an on-going reference manual, make it an excellent investment. Bad Points: None General Comments: Bloody good book thats well overdue and should be in every Taekwon-do students collection
